Quality is a continuous process. With unshakeable faith in this phrase. mr. Sukumar Ghosh, a chemical science graduate from Kolkata University with honours came to Mumbai in 1975. He started his career in WG Forge India in 1975 and continued serving the company till 1981.
On 21st August 1984 single handedly he formed a company by the name Novatech, which started taking assignments in structural works. With a fistful capital of few thousand rupees and with a tiny team of 9 people, Sukumar Ghosh made Novatech a company which saw six lacs rupees turnover in the year of its inception, then the company never looked back. Today Novatech Process Equipments Pvt. Ltd is a thirty crore company with manpower of 250. In 2003 Soumadeep Ghosh, son of Sukumar Ghosh, Graduated in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University and by 2006 took a managementdegree. After his education he joined his father to explore new horizons in the process industry.
